The rooms were modern and clean, with a nice touch of having a balcony. The breakfast options were extensive, with around 82 dishes to choose from, and the live music added to the pleasant atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our stay in the quiet part of Gulshan district. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean with all amenities. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and varied in a nice bright room. We loved the view from our room's window as well as the pool. Security was also very good.

The staff could use some further training in customer service, as there were some misunderstandings about meal inclusivity.

Loved the view from our room, overlooking the river, and the complementary chocolates and wine. The location, though a bit hard to find at first, was close to some great restaurants and shops. But the best aspect was definitely the rooftop restaurant with its delicious food and romantic atmosphere.

The air conditioning was quite noisy and kept us up at night, which was not ideal for our romantic escape. the room decor was a bit outdated and could use some modernization.

Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind and relax after a busy day. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, with helpful and attentive staff.

I only experienced one minor issue during my stay, which was at the restaurant for breakfast. While the food was delicious, the ventilation could have been better, as the smell of cooking lingered on my clothes and hair.
